The Impressionists in London

Paris Musées localisation du projet Paris

The exhibition Impressionists in London, shown at the Petit Palais, focused on the painters who went into exile in London between 1870 and 1904. Some of them were already famous (Carpeaux, Tissot, Daubigny), others were to reveal themselves there by teaching their art (Legros, Dalou), while the future Impressionists (Pissarro, Monet, Sisley) struggled to convince the English art audience, despite the support of the art dealer Durand-Ruel, who spread French art in London.

Our role:

Anamnesia designed and produced the game contents of an interactive terminal. Aimed at young people, it allows them to understand in a playful way the techniques developed by the painters: pointillism, plein air painting, colors, etc.
