Grenoble-Alpes Métropole localisation du projet La Tronche

The Athanor project involves the construction of a new sorting center and the creation of an educational visitor tour, raising the public’s awareness of the need to reduce waste production and the importance of sorting waste, in order to give a second life to raw materials and create a virtuous cycle.

The aim is to increase awareness on the amount of material rapidly consumed, and to encourage reflection on how to reduce production and extend the life of products.

A number of features punctuate the tour: a film summarizing the notion of waste and our relationship with it over time (https://youtu.be/tJ-ZvFSS5eM), interactive devices for deepening and testing knowledge of sorting and the right gestures to adopt on a daily basis, an online virtual tour enabling visitors to discover the sorting line and all the equipment needed to operate the center: https://www.visitecentredetriathanor.fr/index.html
